I take a whole-person approach to optimal wellness of the mind, body and spirit across the lifespan. I believe in a gentle and compassionate approach to coaching, because I know that it's not always easy to find your way and make changes.

But my strongest credential is that at this stage of life I have been-there-and-done-that. I had decades of experience as a caregiver and people-pleaser. In both my professional life and personal life, I was taking care of everyone but myself and completely burned out. I was a classic case of self-neglect. I began to realize it, but I didn't take self care as seriously as I could have. Then, one night in December 2012, a life-changing car accident gave me a wake up call I couldn't ignore. In the aftermath, I realized either I had to start taking better care of myself or I wouldn't be around to help anyone else. Now, I enjoy sharing the lessons I've learned with others, and supporting them in their journey to a more-balanced life.
